HouseCleanerPRO is a business-management platform used by independent house-cleaning businesses to run their scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication. With your consent, we and the cleaning business you are a customer of send you SMS text messages related to your cleaning service. This page explains exactly what those messages are, how you opt in, and how to stop them.

What messages you'll receive

Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
Appointment reminders (e.g., the day before your cleaning)
Invoices and secure payment links
Tip and review requests after a completed service
Follow-ups to a quote or estimate you requested

These are transactional, account-related messages tied to a service you booked or requested. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts.

How you opt in (consent)

You provide express written consent to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a public booking or estimate form. The checkbox is:

Standalone and SMS-only — it is a separate, dedicated checkbox used solely for SMS consent. It is not part of, bundled with, or a condition of any terms of service, privacy policy acceptance, purchase, or other agreement.

Optional — opting in is never required to book a service or use the app.

Message frequency varies based on your cleaning schedule and account activity (for example, a confirmation when you book, a reminder before each appointment, and an invoice after service).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HouseCleanerPRO does not charge you for text messages.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@housecleanerpro.biz.

Privacy — your number is never sold

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and are never sold. We share mobile information only with the service providers that deliver these messages (such as Twilio), solely to send the messages you have consented to receive.
