HouseCleanerPRO ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application and mobile app (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and phone number.

Business data: We store information you enter about your clients, jobs, invoices, team members, and financial records. This data is yours and we process it only to provide the Service.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including log data, device information, and IP addresses.

Phone call data: If you use the AI Receptionist feature, call recordings (if enabled), transcripts, and caller information are stored and used to provide the feature. You are responsible for disclosing call recording to callers as required by applicable law.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send service-related notices (invoices, job confirmations, etc.) on your behalf to your clients
• Respond to your support requests
• Send you technical notices and updates
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service

We do not sell your personal data or your clients' data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services, each subject to their own privacy policy:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Stripe — payment processing and payouts
• Twilio — SMS messaging and AI phone agent
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — AI features (AI Receptionist, EOD reports, pricing suggestions). Conversations and data passed to AI features may be processed by Anthropic.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

With your consent, we and the cleaning businesses that use our Service send you SMS text messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, invoices and payment links, tip and review requests, and follow-ups to quote requests. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a booking form or when a business adds you as a client; opt-in is optional and is never required to book a service or use the app. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Mobile information (your phone number and SMS opt-in) is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and is never sold. We share mobile/phone information only with the service providers that deliver these messages (such as Twilio), solely to send the messages you have consented to receive.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@housecleanerpro.biz. Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal or compliance purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on our database, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
